  We own a 2015 Audi A3 1.8 TSFI which is comfortable, economical and a pleasure to drive.
  The reason for the reduced star rating is the overpriced servicing in the dealer network. I was quoted between $ 820.00 and $ 930.00 for a relatively simple 25000 kilometer service (three quotes). According to "Audi Australia" the allowable time for this service is 2.5 hours. Taking the costs for materials and oils used for this service into consideration, this would leave a rate of $ 350.00 plus per hour.
  We are not talking about brain surgery or rocket science. This is an oil and filter change and a thorough looking over. ......
  An independent, yet brand specialized workshop did a great job using genuine Audi parts and Audi recommended oil for a bit more than half the price..
  I think it would be in Audi's interest to keep an eye on their dealers because this might drive even brand loyalists away.

  Brought a Q5 under a year ago that has just had its first service (15000k).
  
  Audi Brisbane was shown a catch point and on their investigation they acknowledge it was a catch point but said as it was not a 'warranty' issue so we had to speak to Audi Australia about the design issue and see if they would rectify it and or pay for our car to be fixed.
  
  We have just been told by customer service and a team leader that Audi is not interested in rectifying design issues or repairing our part that has been damaged due to the design issue.
  
  How are we expected to have any faith in Audi if their position to an issue is there is no problem with any Audi and nothing to improve on?
