I was shown into a room and told just to get myself ready. It looked as though the place had not been tidied since the last client, old dirty paper and hairs around everywhere (I wasn't really sure of a clean place to put my things).
My eyebrows were done first, quite painlessly I'll give her that, but she never offered to show me if it was what I was looking for (or if I wished for any changes to be made). Then she moved on to the Brazilian. Again, although it was quick, there are quite a few areas missed / bruised and then afterwards I was left to clean up all the excess wax that was left on me. I can't say that I would return or recommend.
